The one that flies from where you are to where you want to go. Your question is an oxymoron. There is no such thing as a "best" "cheap" airline. Like Army intelligence or jumbo shrimp. The two can't co-exist together. Auto parts : Instructional Video Acura 1995 . Instrument Cluster Alfa Romeo 1996 . Instrument Cluster Bulb Socket Audi 1997 . GMC . Chevy Lumina 3.1 Engine ProblemsProduced from 1990 to 2001, the Chevrolet Lumina is a sedan from the Chevrolet division of General Motors. The second and last generation of production---1995 to 2001---is known for some transmission problems, particularly the vehicles with the 3.1-liter V-6 engine. Specific Problems Chevrolet Luminas such as the 1997 version are beset with several faulty engine components. These include the evaporative emissions canister vent solenoid, fuel injectors, intake manifold gasket, and camshaft and crankshaft position sensors. Widespread Problem An occasional problem on the later-model Chevrolet Lumina is the failure of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system. This is due to clogged passages in the intake manifold and it affects all engines of the Lumina, not just the 3.1-liter one. Cost As of September 2010, it can cost upwards of $1,000 to fix the transmission problems of the 3.1-liter engine-equipped Chevrolet Lumina. It would cost about $65 to get the EGR passages cleaned for Luminas with the EGR system problem---not just ones with the 3.1-liter V-6 engine.
GMC . How to Troubleshoot a Car That Is Hard to Drive on Wet RoadsWet road conditions present a driver with unique challenges. Visibility is usually decreased, while stopping distances are increased. A vehicle that handles markedly different in wet weather conditions could be experiencing mechanical issues, which should not be overlooked. A properly functioning vehicle should handle almost as well in wet conditions as it does in dry conditions. If a normally well mannered vehicle turns into a " handful" on wet roads, it is time to examine the vehicle to determine why. Difficulty:Easy Instructions Step by Step : 1 Check the condition of your tires. A tire that is worn or damaged will tend to hydroplane on wet roads. When hydroplaning occurs, a sheet of water builds between the tire and the road, because the worn tread can't eliminate the water quickly enough. Check your tire pressure. A tire that is improperly inflated will tend to slide around on wet roads. 2 Inspect the vehicles shock absorbers. Worn shock absorbers will allow the vehicle to move around more. A vehicle with worn shock absorbers will not follow the contours of the roadway properly and will have an unsteady, bouncy feel while driving. 3 Inspect the vehicles brakes. Brakes that are sticky, or tend to grab, can make wet weather driving difficult, because their malfunctioning nature shows up easily when the tires are in a reduced traction environment, such as a wet road. 4 Determine if there is an excessive amount of play in the steering system. This should be done by a mechanic. Excessive wear in the steering system will be exaggerated in adverse driving conditions. 5 Determine if the vehicles front end alignment is within factory specifications. If the alignment is off, the vehicle will tend to wander or pull to one side while driving. Tips & Warnings Keep the vehicle in a good state of repair. Reduce vehicle speed in wet weather. Never adjust the vehicle's front end alignment settings without the help of a professional, as improper adjustments could make the vehicle unsafe to drive. *same size as your old one, take it back. If you have another way of getting to the auto supply store, just remove the hose, following the instructions later in this section, and take it with you so that the auto supply store can match it. If you must drive your car, here's how find the right hose without a sample on hand: If it's a top radiator hose; Don't get a radiator hose that has wire inside it. Radiator hoses have to bend to fit properly between the radiator and whatever they lead to. Some hoses are straight tubes, with wire coiled inside the rubber casing. These are called universal hoses; they're designed to bend to fit many cars. Often, the wire breaks or works its way through the top covering of the hose, causing the hose to leak. The kind of hose to look for is called a preformed hose, shown in Figure 14-5, which is made with the proper bend already in it and no wire inside the rubber. Chapter 14: Keeping Your Car from Getting Heartburn 2 t Figure 14-5: A preformed radiator hose. The hose should be squeezable — another reason that you don't want a top radiator hose with wire inside. This way, if you have problems with your cooling system, you can squeeze the hose to see whether the system is operating under pressure. A dangerously pressurized hose that's hard to squeeze warns you not to remove the radiator cap until the car cools down and the pressure is reduced. If it's a bottom radiator hose: The hose must have a wire coil inside it to 698

If you are changing a hose that was secured with wire hose clamps or screw-type clamps, replace them with gear-type clamps. Figure 14-8 shows all three types of clamps. Here's how to deal with each kind: Wire hose clamps: I hate these clamps. To deal with them, you need a special tool called wire hose clamp pliers that has a slit inside each of its jaws for gripping the ends of the clamps. Instead of buying one, either find something to pinch the wire ends together so that you can slip them off the hose, or bust them loose any way you can — use a saw, if necessary; you're going to throw them out anyway.
